• The passengers of Air Arabia can cancel the ticket online, by visiting the sales office or by contacting the call center.
• The reservation of the ticket can be canceled up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time if the passenger is holding a basic fare.
• However, if the passenger is carrying a Flexi fare ticket, then you are allowed to cancel the ticket up to 4 hours before the scheduled time of departure without the cancellation charges.
• The passengers are not allowed to cancel the flight if the flight is from/to Morocco.   
• The tickets such as a promotional ticket, free ticket are not eligible for the cancellation of the flight.
